Grinding Wheel Buying Guide

Match the wheel to your material and machine speed for safe, fast stock removal.

  • Max speed rating: always respect the wheel’s max RPM — using a wheel above its rated speed risks failure. Match it to your grinder’s no-load speed.
  • Depressed-centre design: lets you use the wheel at an angle for weld seam grinding, beveling and joint preparation.
  • Material match: carbon and structural steel take a tougher aluminium-oxide bond; stainless needs a zirconium INOX formulation that runs cooler and avoids iron contamination.
  • Bond and hardness: harder bonds hold grain longer for heavy work; softer bonds release grain faster for cooler cutting on heat-sensitive alloys.
  • Wheel size & bore: match arbor bore to your grinder spindle; common sizes 100–230 mm for angle grinders.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer OEM / private label abrasive discs?+

Yes. We produce discs with your brand, custom size, colour and packaging. MOQ starts from a single piece, so you can test before committing.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

For standard stock sizes MOQ is very low — from 1 piece for samples and trial orders. For OEM or custom runs we confirm exact quantities by size.

What are your shipping terms?+

FOB Tianjin or CIF worldwide. We also quote CIF and DAP for larger volumes. Sea freight is the most cost-effective for full containers; air or courier for samples.

How do you control quality?+

Every batch is checked before leaving our factory — incoming raw-material inspection, in-line dimensional and weight checks during forming, and physical burst & max-speed tests on finished discs.
